After almost a decade (nine years and two months, to be precise), TheGreenCarGuy.com gets a facelift or sorts. Note the new art and modified layout on our home page, as well the clean new format for displaying articles.
Beyond the improved look, the site also offers something new in the way of convenience for users – our articles are now searchable.
Search Me
Subheads for sections dealing with things like model year changes, power, charging information, pricing, safety features and interior are now displayed when an article is opened. They are at the bottom of the green band atop the page, just under the writer’s name.
Just click on the section that interests you and you’ll be taken there – no need to slog through information you might not care about, although we do hope you’ll read it all!
We’ve kept our links that take you to libraries of various kinds of articles including features that explain things like EV charging, clean vehicle incentives, the differences between various electrified vehicle types and tips for shopping in a marketplace that still doesn’t do much – in most states – to help EV shoppers with the often unfamiliar characteristics and needs of the electric vehicle.
Talk to Us
We hope you like the refreshed site and that you’ll recommend us to friends – like any website we can use all the visitors we can get. Viewer count helps us rank, not only with on-line search engines but with automakers who now pretty much limit access to new vehicles to the outlets with the most traffic.
And, as always, if you see something you don’t like – or catch an really terrible typo – let us know (there’s a “contact us” button on the home page) and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
