- Pricing for 2025 Kia EV9 remains unchanged except for Light Long Range trim
- Slight reduction in options, exterior and interior color choices
The 2025 Kia EV9 remains the familiar midsize, three-row electric EV that’s won multiple awards, critical acclaim and quite a few buyers since its introduction at the end of 2023. We think that’s a good thing – why mess with a winner.
Especially gratifying – no price hikes except a modest $700 bump for the EV9 Light Long Range Trim, which now gets the previously optional front sunroof as standard equipment.
If there’s a downside to the modest changes made – all 2025 Kia EV 9 trims for the new model year are, essentially, carryovers from 2024 – its that the Land all-wheel drive variant will no longer come with the the option of the relaxation seat package.
Other changes for the new model year:
- Two new exterior colors – Glacial White Pearl and Ebony Black;
- Three 2024 exterior colors dropped – Ivory Silver Gloss, Ivory Silver Matte, and Ocean Blue Matte;
- GT Line trim loses the Dark Gray & Navy interior scheme.
Nothing like keeping it simple!
Pricing for 2025 Kia EV9 models starts at $56,395 (including a $1,325 destination fee, down from $1,425 in 2024) for the EV9 Light Standard Range, which keeps its 230-mile EPA range estimate. For other trims, the starting prices and EPA-estimated ranges are:
- Light Long Range Rear-Drive – $61,395 and 304 miles;
- Wind All-Wheel Drive – $65,395 and 280 miles;
- Land AWD – $71,3955 and 280 miles;
- GT-Line AWD- $75,395 and 270 miles.
That’s it.
